You Have Company Medical Card?.. It's not enough...

I always hear that from the people who work in private company.  
"My company give me great medical protection!".
So they think,  
"For what I take plan medical insurance? My place company work cover unlimited." 
or were also those said  
"My company cover medical, so I no need to take this plan after I have retire..."

So, congratulation because your company is so mindful to support the premium fare.  There is couple of things that I would like to tell to them that think as I state above.

One of it is company cover unlimited.. yes, occasionally certainly we listen our workplace company cover medical unlimited. Whereas we never also see for yourself policy which states medical coverage we unlimited. However, the fact is, although unlimited.(in your opinion).. the limit is....

i. If you suffer critical illness, that has to need long holiday, or frequent vacation from conducting task due to need to get treatment. Probably him, how long company wanted us continue to be in that company?The company has to pay wages whereas we already not productive (because we always take leave). If you which became company director (largest shareholder in corporate), how long perhaps you want keep people that not productive inside your organization? Whereas company having to pay worker's salary that ill just now?.. Usually this cases going to go in Medical Board for discussion whether that employee need to be stopped from working because of  health ground. Agree?.

So, after we no longer needed by company, does the company still want to pay more all your treatment cost in the future? So, this the limit or limit medical benefit that prepared by company. Then, after ill just want to ask medical card? Does the company insurance want give medical coverage to us? Think itself.

ii. If we change the workplace, do original company still want to give medical benefit more?..If new location didn't offer medical facilities, but with higher wage and hard to be rejected, how?..do you want exchange workplace or not? After that your answer....
"Haa that time is good time to apply medical card!"..
My answer  
"..If you could guarantee your healthy reach anytime and will not ill, then you take medical card then, if you cannot guarantee, better you take it now.. because their medical card only can be bought with 2 things namely Money  and Health. If already ill, if you can pay me RM 2,000 for 3 years own payment and future even though, company will reject application for it.. at that time not useful to regret, get ready  to end savings money for treatment cost expenses. Including money in EPF....EPF for senior days savings, but if we use it for medical expenses.. can it be enough? how about the expenses after retire?.. 
Think about it..
